Panel Construction
The walls, ceilings, and roofing panels of our PODZ units are made from fire-proof, thermal and acoustic-resistant materials, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment. Our panels offer Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) 40 protection, making them suitable for even the most fire-prone areas.
Windows & Doors
Our windows are made with powder-coated aluminium frames for corrosion resistance and durability. Each unit comes standard with flyscreens and can be upgraded to double glazing for enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation. The doors are weatherproof, with customizable options for design, style, and security features
Cladding & Decking Options
We offer several cladding options that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical. These include:
- Pre-coated panels for easy maintenance
- Composite wood-plastic for a modern look
- Ply and aluminium planks for a sleek finish
- Imitation stone panels for premium appearances.
Additionally, we provide decking options with treated pine planks and aluminium handrails for both durability and safety.
